2. Artisanal Product Nature & Quality

All our products — including raw honeys (Wild Thyme, Acacia, Chestnut, Mountain Blossom) and cold-pressed oils (Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Pumpkin Seed Oil, Black Seed Oil) — are 100% natural, unheated, unrefined agricultural products harvested in small batches across Mediterranean groves.

Due to the artisanal nature of unpasteurised honey and cold-pressed oils, minor variations in natural color, aroma, and crystallisation state may occur between seasonal harvests. These natural characteristics demonstrate product purity and do not constitute defects.

3. Order Acceptance, Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on mediterramarket.com are in British Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include applicable UK VAT. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method.

• Payment Gateways: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Link by Stripe.
• Order Confirmation: Sending an automated order receipt email does not signify final order acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of pricing inaccuracies, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Title Transfer

Standard UK delivery is £3.99 (FREE over £40) arriving in 2–3 business days. Express Next-Day shipping is £5.99 for orders placed before 1:00 PM (Monday to Thursday).

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon doorstep delivery by our designated couriers (Royal Mail or DPD). Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately during checkout.

5. UK Consumer Rights & Returns Policy

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods. Additionally, Mediterra Market offers a 30-day satisfaction money-back guarantee for unopened items in original sealed condition.

• Damaged Jars: If a glass jar arrives cracked or damaged, email info@mediterramarket.com within 48 hours with a photo for an immediate free replacement or refund.
• Return Contact: Send return requests to info@mediterramarket.com to receive return shipping instructions. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days upon receiving returned items.

All content on mediterramarket.com — including brand logos, graphics, text, images, code, and product descriptions — is the exclusive intellectual property of Mediterra Market Ltd and is protected under UK and international copyright laws.
